Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Velox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the app, including drivers, event organizers, and club administrators. These Terms of Use also serve as the end user license agreement (EULA) for the Velox app.

Velox is a social platform for car enthusiasts that provides:

• Route recording and sharing features
• Event creation and discovery
• Car club management and membership
• Social networking with other enthusiasts
• Real-time communication during drives

Some features are free and some require a paid Velox Pro subscription, described in Section 7.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to update your information to keep it current.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Velox.

You agree not to:

• Use the app while actively driving a vehicle
• Share routes that encourage dangerous or illegal driving
• Use Velox to race, speed, evade law enforcement, coordinate reckless driving, interfere with emergency response, or encourage illegal activity
• Ignore traffic laws, road signs, traffic signals, road closures, posted restrictions, road conditions, or instructions from law enforcement or emergency personnel
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to circumvent any security features

IMPORTANT: Velox is designed to be used by passengers or when your vehicle is safely parked. Never operate the app while driving.

Route, Convoy, and location-sharing information is for entertainment and coordination purposes only. You are solely responsible for your driving, passengers, vehicle, route choices, and compliance with all traffic laws, road signs, traffic signals, posted restrictions, road closures, road conditions, and instructions from law enforcement or emergency personnel.

Velox does not control drivers, vehicles, road conditions, law enforcement decisions, emergency response, or other users' conduct. Velox is not responsible for crashes, injuries, death, property damage, citations, fines, arrests, license consequences, insurance consequences, vehicle impoundment, or other legal or financial consequences arising from your actions, your use of Velox, your reliance on user-shared routes or Convoy information, or another user's conduct.

Do not use Velox to race, speed, evade law enforcement, coordinate reckless driving, interfere with emergency response, or encourage illegal activity. Use Velox only when it is safe and lawful to do so.

You retain ownership of content you create, including routes, photos, and posts. By sharing content on Velox, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Velox offers an optional paid subscription, Velox Pro, that unlocks additional features. Velox can be used without a subscription. Velox Pro subscriptions renew automatically.

The price, billing period, and any introductory or free trial offer are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If we offer a free trial, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and your account is charged the then current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering the same period. Trials are limited to one per user unless we state otherwise.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play, and from Your Subscription in the Velox app settings. Canceling stops future renewals.

If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, and you keep Velox Pro access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies, not by Velox. We cannot issue app store refunds directly.

Deleting your Velox account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel through the app store first.

We may change Velox Pro pricing or the features it includes. We will notify you in advance of any price increase as required by the app store and applicable law, and the new price applies only after you have had the opportunity to cancel.

Manage or cancel: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

Google is not a party to these Terms of Use. JaamWays, not Google, is solely responsible for Velox, its content, and any claims relating to it.

The remaining terms in this section apply when you download Velox from the Apple App Store. References to Apple in this section mean Apple Inc.

These Terms of Use are concluded between you and JaamWays LLC ("JaamWays") only, and not with Apple. JaamWays, not Apple, is solely responsible for Velox and its content.

Your license to use Velox is a non-transferable license to use Velox on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that Velox may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

JaamWays is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Velox. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

Velox is provided without warranty except as required by applicable law. If Velox fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Velox. JaamWays is solely responsible for any other warranty claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty.

JaamWays, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Velox or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that Velox fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

In the event of a third-party claim that Velox or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, JaamWays, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Velox.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
